Our Heritage range of timber sash windows has been specifically designed for listed buildings, where approval is required. As a sash windows London-based company, we have gained the wealth of experience needed to lead projects with strict conservation restrictions.

The collection features lambs’ tongue and putty style bead mouldings and bars, angel locks for child safety, decorative horn details and slim frame sections. Available in both spiral balance or cords & weights options, with a single glaze 4mm glass or slimline 14mm glass.

No, we offer several other timber products for your next project! We have box sash and flush sash windows available. Choose from bifold, sliding and French doors to connect your indoor and outdoor spaces. We also offer timber entrance doors.

We manufacture fully certified and sustainable bespoke timber windows and doors, proven through rigorous testing. Our timber spring sash windows offer a 30-year guarantee on timber. What timber do you use?

For our timber windows and doors, we are committed to using FSC-certified engineered Redwood, Red Grandis, Abodo, and Accoya timber, ensuring that every window and door we produce not only stands the test of time, but also supports the environment.

Wood is the only naturally renewable mainstream building material, and we take our responsibility in sourcing it very seriously. How do spring sash windows work?

Timber spring sash windows don’t use the traditional pulley weight system, and instead the mechanism is spring-loaded. A spiral rod is hidden inside the frame and is connected to a spring that can be adjusted to the weight of the sash. These windows have no need for the box or case to hide the weight system, so often have a more flush look.
